Rhian Lewis is a British woman, who has been completely blind in her right eye and had virtually no vision on her left eye.
She suffers from a degenerative eye disorder called: retinitis pigmentosa.
Because of this disease, it's been eight years she hadn't seen what her children look like properly, and everyday is a struggle for this poor woman.
But thanks to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, her life has changed.
In June, surgeons attached a tiny electronic chip to the back of her right eye's retina, allowing her to see properly from this eye!
